How to import the contacts

To import the contacts from your favorite application, export them in a comma separated values (CSV) format.  For example, in Microsoft Outlook Express click File -> Export -> Address Book -> Text File (Comma Separated Values).

Then click Contacts in the Advanced Call Center main window.  Click Import.  Further instructions here.
